HOW IT WORKS?
- Step 1 – Fill out the form and send your curbside request.
- Step 2 – You will receive a confirmation email.
- Step 3 – Come and collect your order. Remain in your car or outside our store entrance to receive your order.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY PO #NUMBER?
Your PO #Number is on the right side of your invoice. With PO #Number we can check the status of your order, and prepare your products for pick-up.
If you cannot find the PO #Number please contact Vatero Customer Service.
CAN I PICK-UP ONLY SOME PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can pick-up only some items from your order.
When filling out the form for Curbside, choose the option “Only some items”, and specify below the list of products you want to pick-up.
CAN I BUY MORE PRODUCTS AND ADD TO MY ORDER?
Yes, you can buy more products and add to your order.
To add new products to your order, browse online categories, and send your quote request.
