Return Policy:

  1. Refunds or exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee of 25-50%, depending on the manufacturer’s policies.
  2. Clearance items and floor models are sold as final and are non-returnable.
  3. Items shipped beyond the Provence region will incur return shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
  4. Items that have been installed are ineligible for return or exchange.
  5. Incorrectly packaged or delivered items, if installed, cannot be returned. Please confirm the correctness of the product before installation.
  6. Returns are only accepted for products listed in the current price lists; discontinued items are not eligible for return.
  7. Returns must include the original packaging, which must be in a condition deemed resalable.
  8. Packaging must remain undamaged and free of colored tape or handwritten marks to be considered in resalable condition.
  9. Custom and Semi-Custom products are final sales and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  10. Return requests will not be processed on weekends. However, items may be returned during the weekend if a Return Merchandise Authorization is obtained beforehand.


Shipping Policy:

  1. Deliveries are conducted to the curbside or garage of residences and the loading dock of condominiums.
  2. The presence of an adult to receive and sign for delivery is mandatory. In their absence, items will be returned, and a return shipping fee will be charged.
  3. Refusal of delivery also incurs a return shipping fee.


Pickup Policy:

  1. Products not collected from Vatero within 7 days of notification will accrue a $50 storage fee weekly. Items uncollected past this timeframe may be reassigned to subsequent orders, leading to automatic reordering and potential delays. Vatero disclaims any liability for delays resulting from this process.
  2. The original sales receipt is required at the time of pickup.
  3. Vatero Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage to vehicles during the loading process.



  1. Product warranties are directly managed by the manufacturer.


Defective Products:

  1. Claims regarding defects must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Inspection for defects is advised prior to installation, as defective products cannot be returned once installed.


ETAs and Backorders:

  1. Vatero is not accountable for delays caused by manufacturer backorders.
  2. Pickup or installation arrangements should be deferred until confirmation of product arrival is received.
