We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. For international shipping inquiries outside of these regions, please contact us at vatero@vatero.com.

All Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once Your Order has shipped.

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by You, You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the Order. If You do not wish to have the Order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.

We may have limited ability to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If Your Order cannot be delivered to such an address, we will contact You to arrange an alternative shipping address.
